Look & Feel design concept for Accueil France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi): Tasked with redefining the visual identity for France's leading employment agency, this project was built around their core value of being "Humane". The concept focuses on the people they assist, represented as a dot that transforms into a line, visually representing progress and the project's manifest: "Guiding to a better tomorrow".
The visual identity extends this metaphor through the use of one-line illustrations, showcasing individuals in a variety of France’s most common professions. These illustrations, paired with a friendly and modern aesthetic by maintaining simplicity and flexibility balance professionalism with approachability, perfectly encapsulating the agency’s role in supporting individuals while fostering a brighter future for all.
